This policy describes what mother-land-casino.com (“this site”) collects and why. Motherland Casino is an independent content site — it does not run games, hold player accounts, or process deposits or withdrawals. See About Us for what the site is and isn’t.

What we don’t collect

We don’t ask visitors to create an account, and we don’t collect or process payment information, identity-verification documents, or gambling-account data — those belong entirely to the licensed operator you sign up with, governed by that operator’s own privacy policy. We also don’t run third-party web-analytics scripts (no Google Analytics or similar) on this site.

What we do collect

Standard server logs. Like any website, requests to this site pass through our hosting infrastructure, which logs technical information for security and operation — IP address, browser/device information, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is standard hosting-level logging, not a marketing tool.

First-party attribution cookies. When you first visit, the site sets a small number of first-party cookies to remember how you arrived (the referring page, the first page you landed on, and — if present — a campaign identifier from the URL). These expire after 1 day and are only used if you later click through to a partner operator, to attribute that click correctly.

Click data, when you click through to an operator. Buttons that lead to a casino operator are routed through our own server rather than linking directly. When you click one, our server forwards your IP address, browser/device information, and the referring-page details above to the marketing-technology provider that completes the redirect to the operator, so the operator can correctly attribute the signup. This only happens on click — it is not continuous tracking of your visit. The receiving service may set its own cookie as part of that handoff; that cookie is controlled by the receiving service, not by us.

Local session storage. If a bonus offer is available, a small popup may appear after a few seconds. Closing it is remembered using your browser’s session storage (not a cookie) for the current browsing session on the page you were on — it clears automatically when you close the tab.

Fonts and third-party requests

All fonts on this site are hosted locally. We deliberately avoid loading fonts from Google Fonts or similar third-party services, because those requests would send your IP address to that third party just to render text — see Methodology for our general approach to minimising unnecessary data sharing.

Why we collect this

Solely to keep the site running (server logs), to correctly attribute a signup if you choose to register with an operator we’ve linked to (attribution cookies and click data), and to avoid re-showing a popup you’ve already dismissed (session storage). We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

Your rights (Canada)

Motherland Casino is intended for a Canadian audience, and personal information is handled in line with Canada’s federal privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask what information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask us to delete data we control (this doesn’t extend to data already held by a third-party operator or marketing-technology provider you interacted with). To make a request, contact contact@mother-land-casino.com. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. If you’re visiting from the EU or UK, you have equivalent rights under GDPR/UK GDPR; the same contact address applies.

Age

This site is intended for adults 18 or older, or the minimum legal gambling age in your province if higher. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Because we don’t process payments or hold account credentials, the data-security surface is limited mainly to the server logs and attribution cookies described above.

Changes to this policy

If how this site collects or uses data changes, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will move. We don’t apply changes retroactively to data already collected under a prior version without telling you.
